Abstract
Penelitianinibertujuanuntuk menentukan suhuyang optimal untukmenentukanwaktupenetasan, dayatetastelurdan kelangsungan hidup larva ikan cupang.Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menurut Hanafiah (2012), yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Susunan perlakuan adalah Perlakuan A inkubasi larva padasuhu 26° C, Perlakuan B inkubasi larva padasuhu 28° C, Perlakuan C inkubasi larva padasuhu 30° C danPerlakuan D inkubasi larva padasuhu 32° C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkandengansuhu 280C berpengaruhnyataterhadapwaktupenetasan(15.39jam, dayatetas (81,64 %) dankelangsunganhidup81,11 %.Data kualitas air pendukung yaitu ; pH 6 – 7 dan DO 4,0 mg/l.
