Abstract

Infeksi cacing atau penyakit kecacingan selalu menjadi penyakit yang mengancam kesehatan anak, infeksi cacing usus tidak menimbulkan gejala yang nyata sehingga kurang mendapatkan perhatian, akan tetapi berakibat pada gangguan pencernaan, peredaran darah, anemia, alergi, obstruksi, iritasi dan perforasi usus. Penyakit ini jika terinfeksi berat akan menyerang organ jantung, paru-paru, pankreas, usus buntu bahkan ke otak. Kecacingan banyak menyerang pada anak usia sekolah dasar terutama yang tinggal di daerah yang mana parasit ini ditularkan secara aktif. Desa Pahokng memiliki prevalensi tertinggi kecacingan di usia anak sekolah dasar yaitu 75,9% ditahun 2012, tahun 2013 meningkat menjadi 77%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor perilaku anak yang berhubungan dengan penyakit kecacingan pada pada anak di Desa Pahokng Kecamatan Mempawah Hulu Kabupaten Landak. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain case control. Penelitian sebanyak 41 kasus dan 41 kontrolorang yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling menggunakan uji chi-square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kebiasaan menggigit kuku (p value=0,039, PR = 2,958, CI 95% = 1,154-7,556), kebiasaan bermain di tanah tanpa alas kaki (p value=0,043, PR = 2,95, CI 95% = 0,101-0,870), kebiasaan bermain di tanah yang becek (p value=0,043, PR = 3,365, CI 95% = 1,150-9,852), kebiasaa BAB keluarga (p value=0,039, PR = 3,733, CI 95% = 1,198-11,633) dengan kejadian kecacingan pada anak sekolah dasar. Variabel yang tidak berhubungan yaitu kebiasaan makan sayur mentah tanpa dicuci terlebih dahulu (p value = 1,000) Disarankan kepada orang tua untuk melarang anak menggigit kuku, rutin memotong kuku anak, menyediakan sandal untuk anak dan tidak BAB di sembarang tempat "wormy worm infection or disease has always been a disease that threatens the health of children, intestinal worm infections do not cause obvious symptoms so that less attention, but result in digestive disorders, circulatory, anemia, allergies, obstruction, irritation and intestinal perforation. The results showed that there is a relationship between the nail biting habit (p value = 0.039, PR = 2.958, 95% CI = 1.154 to 7.556), the habit of playing on the ground barefoot (p value = 0.043, PR = 2.95, CI 95 % = .101-.870), a habit of playing in the muddy ground (p value = 0.043, PR = 3.365, 95% CI = 1.150 to 9.852), kebiasaa BAB family (p value = 0.039, PR = 3.733, 95% CI = 1.198 -11.633) with the incidence of intestinal worms in children of primary school. Variables are not related, the habit of eating raw vegetables without washing it first (p value = 1.000) It is suggested to parents to forbid children to bite your nails, cut nails routine children, providing slippers for children and do not defecate in any place"
