Abstract

Sanitasi pasar merupakan usaha untuk mengawasi kegiatan yang berlangsung di lingkungan pasar terutama yang erat hubungannya dengan timbulnya atau menularnya suatu penyakit, kondisi sanitasi pasar yang tidak memenuhi syarat memudahkan bakteri berkembang biak sehingga dapat menularkan berbagai penyakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kondisi sanitasi pasar tradisional di Kota Pontianak tahun 2015 studi kasus pasar Flamboyan dan pasar Mawar. Penelitian ini mengunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis univariat yang mengambarkan tiap sub variabel sanitasi pasar. Hasil analisis univariat pada konstruksi bangunan pasar Flamboyan bagian Konstruksi : Kondisi atap (100%), kondisi dinding (66,33%), kondisi lantai (50%), kondisi ventilasi (100%). Fasilitas sanitasi: Penyedian air bersih (75%), kamar mandi dan toilet (66,33%). Sarana penunjang: Pengelolaan sampah (42,85%), SPAL 40%, tempat cuci tangan (0% ), kondisi tempat parkir (100%). Pasar Mawar konstruksi bangunan: Konsisi atap (75%), kondisi dinding (66,33), kondisi lantai (50%), kondisi ventilasi (0%). Fasilitas sanitasi: Penyedian air bersih (75%), kamar mandi dan toilet (33,33%). Sarana penujang : Pengolahan sampah (28%), SPAL (20%), tempat cuci tangan (0%), tempat parkir (0%). Kesimpulan kondisi sanitasi pasar Flamboyan (pemerintah) lebih baik di bandingkan dengan pasar Mawar (swasta) . Disarankan pada pengelola pasar dapat meningkatkan sanitasi pasar di antaranya menagamen pengelolaan sampah seperti melakukan pemisahan jenis sampah dan memperhatikan standar pasar dengan mengacu pada Kepmenkes 2008 tentang pasar sehat. The sanitary facilities: provision of clean water (75%), shower and toilet (33.33%). Supporting facilities: waste management (28%), SPAL (20%), hand washing (0%), parking (0%). Conclusion sanitary conditions Flamboyan market (government) is better in comparison with the Mawar market (private). Advised on the market manager can improve sanitary waste management market such as do the segregation of garbage and pay attention to market standards with reference to Kepmenkes 2008 on healthy market."
