Abstract

"MDR-TB is a contagious disease, caused M.tuberkolusis infected with the bacteria that are resistant to inoziasid (INH) and rifampicin. Transmission of infection in patients with MDR TB compared to TB more dangerous because it has been resistant to first-line OAT most powerful potential that is difficult to cure. Failure to carry out the treatment of MDR TB is not only detrimental to the patient, but also improve the transmission to the public. MDR-TB patient behavior affects the transmission of TB disease, because if the patient is coughing and sneezing can transmit to the people around him through the air containing the germs of droplets containing germs. One of the exposed group is a housewife who has a husband smoker. Pulmonary TB cases that occurred in West Kalimantan not only contributed by new patients (97.5%) but also relapse / re-treatment (2.5%) in the year 2015. In 2013 the number of smear-positive highest in the age group 45-54 ie 20.54% of the year 973, the year 2014 is 20.29% of 833 patients and in 2015 mangalami shift in adolescents in the age group 25-34 years is 20.53% of 638. Genesis pulmonary TB based on data from the health department complete treatment only 15% in 2012 and by 2015 only 2%. Low treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis which would risk being full of MDR-TB. MDR TB in West Kalimantan totaled 49 cases, Pontianak is a case of MDR-TB majority of 53% and the lowest in Singkawang by 2%. This study aims to determine the Factors Associated with the behavior of infectious pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with pulmonary MDR-TB Treatment in Hospital Dr Soedarso 2016. This study used cross sectional design. Samples are 17 respondents taken with total sampling technique using chi-square test with 95% confidence level. The results showed that there was significant relationship between the perception of infectious (p value = 0.004), perception of threat (p value = 0,035 PR = 7.1 95% CI = 1.050 to 48.6) with the behavior of infectious MDR-TB. Variables are not related, education (p value = 0.129), economic status (p value = 0.644) and ownership BPJS (p value = 0.057). Direkomondasikan to further improve in providing an understanding and motivation that MDR-TB patients are aware that the disease will threaten themselves and others and can transmit through his behavior is not good"
