Abstract

The lack of service excellence general hospital in West Kalimantan is decisive for the performance of hospitals as service companies. The decline in service excellence service indicated with a decline in average. The decline in West Kalimantan province is alleged to the community over the middle segment generally choose a hospital in the state of Malaysia which is considered superior in his servant. This research aims to analyse resources of organization, attachment to work, organisational performance in improving the excellence of hospital services. Measurement and study the construct of indicator used a questionnaire which propagated to 530 manager in general hospitals in West Kalimantan as a respondent. A method of analysis using all the structural equation model (SEM) with software application Lisrel 8.30. The result of this research was resources of organization, softskill of managers, and attachment to work at hospitals in West Kalimantan to influence significantly on organizational performance. But it is insignificant partial attachment to work has influence on organizational performance. Organization resources, softskill of managers, and attachment to work have significantly affect on service excellence, but it is a organizational resource partial not significantly on service excellence.
