Abstract

This thesis entitled "Analysis of Deflection In disistem Rod Hydraulic Excavator Bucket Hitachi Zaxis 210 70 165 Mf Sn 5G". The problem in this research is to analyze the causes of deflection rod bucket with problem definition 1) The working principle of the hydraulic system, 2) Analyzing theoretically the deflection cylinder bucket, 3) Deflection of the pressure cylinder bucket and discharge the fluid in the tube cylinder, 4) Type: Excavator Brand : Hitachi, type Zaxis210 mf Series: Sn 70 165 5G. This study aims to determine how much deflection occurring in the stem rod bucket on Excavator Hitachi Zaxis 210 70 265 Mf Sn 5G. Because along with the times, the industrialized world today has undergone rapid development, this can be seen in the industry engaged in wood processing, mining, land clearing, oil palm plantations, mining and manufacturing project road which largely accomplished by using tools weight. Excavator itself consists of several main components such as engine, pump, valve controll, final drives, swing, center joint, boom, arm danbucket. The study was conducted at PT. Meta Estatika Graha. From the research and calculations that are tailored to the analysis and discussion of technical data occurs deflection L / 2 = 0.944 mm and L / 4 = 0,579 mm. Due to the provision of load beyond the standard manufacturer or dealer. For the system and hydraulic components in good condition, then do timely maintenance procedures properly, but it is also a tool used according to the actual function.
