Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on patient loyalty in Marfuah Independent Practice Midwives in Sanggau District. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were patients examining pregnant women and ultrasound in the Mandiri Marfuah Practice Midwife, with a sample of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the simple linear regression equation was: Ŷ = 4.465 + 0.249X. The results of the correlation coefficient show an R value of 0.662, which shows that the relationship between service quality variables with variable patient loyalty on the Mandiri Marfuah Midwife Practice is strong. The results of the coefficient of determination show R2 value of 0.438 means that 43.8% of patient loyalty in the Independent Marfuah Practice Midwife can be explained by the quality of service, while the remaining 56.2% of patient loyalty in the Mandiri Marfuah Practice Midwife is influenced by variables not examined in this study. The model feasibility test results show that F count (21.437)> F table (3.94), it can be concluded that the regression model can be used to predict patient loyalty that is influenced by service quality.
