Abstract

Background: masish tuberculosis becomes a health problem that can be resolved. The performance of tb program is influenced by case discovery figures, cure rates and treatment mortality. In west Kalimantan province CDR and SR are still not in achieving the tb program target. Research method: This research is descriptive observational by using secondary data science model. This study aims to analyze epidemiologically with trend analysis method of Tuberculosis Incidence In West Kalimantan Year 2015 To 2019. Results: Based on the results of research conducted on the incidence of tuberculosis in West Kalimantan Province in 2015-2019 showed the tendency of sufferers at productive age with age groups 25-34, 34-44 and 45-54 and tend to be higher in the sex of men than in women. In the last 3 years of 2017-2019, CDR in West Kalimantan has not reached the target because it is still below 70%. While the number of medical patients in West Kalimantan Province has not reached the target because it is still below 90% but judging from the chart, most districts can reach the national target in 2018. Conclusion: In the last 5 years the tendency of sufferers in the productive age group and tend to the male gender and the intended need to improve human resources performance about TB programs and coordination between district / city TB program managers.
