Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sintang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Penelitian survey merupakan penelitian yang mengumpulkan informasi dari suatu sampel dengan menanyakan melalui angket atau interview supaya nantinya menggambarkan berbagai aspek dari populasi Jadi penulis mengumpulkan data melalui komunikasi secara individu dengan menggunakan kusioner. pengujian kelayakan model. 1.Karakteristik responden dalam penelitian ini menunjukan sebagian besar ASN yang berkerja di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Sintang berumur antara 35-44 tahun, berjenis kelamin laki-laki, memiliki masa kerja antara 12-16 tahun, memiliki tingkat pendidikan S1 dan pangkat/golongan adalah golongan III. Hasil uji validitas instrument Kompetensi ASN pada BPKAD Kabupaten Sintang terlihat pada tabel 4.7 menunjukan bahwa semua nilai korelasi antara item pertanyaan dengan skor totalnya (rxy) menunjukan hasil yang lebih besar dari pada r tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 5% item yang memiliki tertinggi dengan skor totalnya adalah item 6 (VI) dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,685 Dari hasil uji validitas instrument Kinerja ASN pada BPKAD Kabupaten Sintang terlihat pada tabel 4.8 menunjukan bahwa semua nilai korelasi antara item pertanyaan dengan skor totalnya (r xy) menunjukan hasil yang lebih besar dari pada r tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 5% item yang memiliki tertinggi dengan skor totalnya adalah item 6 (VI) dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,709. Hasil uji reabilitas pada tabel 4.9 diatas menunjukan bahwa Cronbach Alpha sebasar 0,726, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa item pengukur variable X dari kuesioner adalah reliabel dan kuesioner yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kuesioner yang handal. Konstanta sebesar 31,023 mengandung arti bahwa nilai kompetensi adaah nol maka kinerja partisipasi adalah sebesar 31,023. Koefisiensi X sebesar 0,306 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan satu-satuan kompetensi, maka nilai kontribusi variabel X sebesar 0,306 dan Koefisien regresi tersebut bernilai positif. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa arah pengaruh variabel X terhadap variabel Y adalah positif. Dari hasil perhitungan SPSS diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 7.702 dan hasil yang diperoleh oleh Ftabel sebesar 4.05 Dengan demikian Berdasarkan tabel 4.13 diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 7,702 dengan nilai Sig sebesar 0,008. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel 4,05 dan nilai Sig lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. // The purpose of this study was to find out the Competence Effect on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Sintang District Financial and Asset Management Agency. This study uses a survey method. So the author collects data through individual communication using questionnaires. testing the feasibility of the model.Characteristics of respondents in this study show that most ASNs working in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sintang Regency are between 35-44 years old, male, have a working period of 12-16 years, have undergraduate and rank education levels / group is group III. The results of the validity test of the ASN Competency instrument on the BPKAD of Sintang District are shown in table 4.7 showing that all correlation values between item questions and their total score (rxy) show results that are greater than r table with a significant level of 5% items that have the highest with the total score is item 6 (VI) with a correlation value of 0.685 From the results of the validity test of the ASN Performance instrument on the Sintang District BPKAD, it can be seen in table 4.8 that all correlation values between question items and their total score (r xy) show results greater than r table with a significant level of 5% items that have the highest score the total is item 6 (VI) with a correlation value of 0.709. The reliability test results in table 4.9 above show that Cronbach Alpha is 0.726, so it can be concluded that the measurement item variable X from the questionnaire is reliable and the questionnaire used in this study is a reliable questionnaire. The constant of 31,023 implies that the competency value is zero, the participation performance is 31,023. X coefficient of 0.306 states that each addition of one competency unit, the value of the contribution of variable X is 0.306 and the regression coefficient is positive. So that it can be said that the direction of the influence of variable X on variable Y is positive. From the calculation of SPSS, the calculated F value is 7.702 and the results obtained by Ftable are 4.05 Thus, based on table 4.13, the calculated F value is 7.702 with a Sig value of 0.008. This shows that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable 4.05 and the Sig value is smaller than 0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.
