Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh hubungan dengan rekan kerja terhadap motivasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kubu Raya, dengan sampel sebanyak 31 orang pegawai. Hasil regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan persamaan Y = 3,207 + 0, 227 X. Hasil koefisien korelasi menunjukkan nilai R sebesar 0, 255, nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara variabel hubungan dengan rekan kerja mempunyai hubungan yang rendah dengan variabel motivasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R 0,065 yang berarti hubungan dengan rekan kerja dalam mempengaruhi motivasi pegawai memiliki nilai sebesar 6,5% dan sisanya 93,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Dan hasil uji kelayakan model diperoleh nilai F hitung < F tabel (2,011 < 4,18) sehingga Ha ditolak dan nilai probabilitas sig adalah sebesar 0,167 > 0,005. Ini berarti bahwa model regresi linier sederhana tidak dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi nilai motivasi yang dipengaruhi oleh hubungan dengan rekan kerja. ////// This study aims to examine the effect of relationships with coworkers on the motivation of Civil Servants in the Communication and Information Office of Kubu Raya Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Communication and Information of Kubu Raya Regency, with a sample of 31 employees. The results of simple linear regression showed the equation Y = 3,207 + 0, 227 X. The results of the correlation coefficient showed an R value of 0, 255, this value indicates that the relationship between relationship variables with colleagues has a low relationship with the motivation variable of Civil Servants in the Office of Communication and Informatics, Kubu Raya Regency. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained the value of R2 0.065, which means the relationship with colleagues in influencing employee motivation has a value of 6.5% and the remaining 93.5% is influenced by other variables outside this study. And the results of the model feasibility test obtained the calculated F value <F table (2.011 <4.18) so that Ha is rejected and the probability value of sig is equal to 0.167> 0.005. This means that a simple linear regression model cannot be used to predict motivational values that are influenced by relationships with coworkers.
